30 Day Blog Challenge - Day 2

Today is Day 2 of the 30-day Blog Challenge.

Topic: The meaning behind my username.

You gotta start off with the question, "Why use The BeatBoxMachine as a username?" Simple, my passion for Beatboxing. I've gone through some pretty weird usernames and I guess this one is the best one. Going from silenthawk to ggabc_rulz45 to gGaBc_RuLz32 (for the record, I AM NOT A JEJEMON) has some pretty weird comments from another. I guess using "BeatBoxMachine" was a better username, 'cause I believe its a sign that I've somehow matured.

I used to think having my old usernames were pretty cool, but I've come to realized that it made look like a weirdo. Haha. Being way too ghetto wasn't necessarily getting on peoples good side, so I decided it maybe time to make-up a new name. This was also the time I was making the transition from and MC to a Beatboxer.

I guess that's where I found the name. My passion for Beatbox. You see people with cool Beatbox stage names like "Roxorloops" or "Faith SFX" or "Eklips". They all coined their name from their talent of Beatbox. I believe this is where I got my name. From these guys who chose their names by just simply creating wicked sounds with their mouth using the microphone. I guess that's how I am too.

I'm like a well-oiled machine producing sick beats on the microphone, ergo the name "The BeatBoxMachine."
