Up On The Shelf...A Little Bit

Whatup! Whatup!

Aight. So. My blog's been up on the shelf a little bit. I've been preoccupied with other stuff I guess. New hobbies, new things to do. Our Food blog was recently updated. It's been catching a little dust too. Haha. I have to keep up this things I'm doing with my blog. Just constantly updating. I've done it before, I can do it again.

"For The Horde!"

Okay. So. Love and I used to play World of Warcraft at a certain point in our relationship. I sorta disappeared when the HobbyMania transferred to a new location. Love found a copy from a friend and that's where it all began...again. Haha. Yesterday, Love and I played, FOR NINE HOURS STRAIGHT. Haha. Talk about addiction. We've been playing since the weekend and we haven't slowed down. I guess being free from the heavy academic gave me this opportunity.

I'm becoming a little obsessed with the game. I've jumped from a Level 22 to a Level 31 in the span of the 9 hours love and I played. Talk about crazed. Haha.

"Finding Glory"

Somehow, I've lost a little respect in Beatboxing. No one has come to me asking me to Beatbox here and there. I miss it. I told Love last week that I'm getting better at it, but no one is there to witness it. I want the respect from people. I dunno, call me an Egomaniac? I guess so. Being on stage, melting peoples faces when I lace the beats, hearing the applause, people dancing, that's just a great feeling.

I've been asking people around me if they want a Beatboxer to let me know. To be honest, my Beatboxing wants to go places, but it's just not taking off.

I-Soul got another performance request. We're preparing for it. The higher up sorta subliminally told me not to sing the part he gave me in the song, but I wanna prove him wrong. I can sing just a little, I just need faith in it. When we rehearsed, I sang it. He told me to do something else with it, I chose not to. I don't wanna be put down again. Ever.

There's just somethings that I've lost and I'm trying to get back. New things come, old things are neglected. Sometimes finding glory in the old is a good thing. It refreshes you. Keeps you from always expecting the future.
